This Saturday on America's Lifeline!

Don't forget to tune into America's Lifeline on Talk Radio 860 WGUL this Saturday, May 17th at 3pm, ET. America's Lifeline is also streamed worldwide via the internet at Talk Radio 860 WGUL. For those outside the Tampa area, simply log onto terrisfight.org and click on the 860 TALK RADIO LOGO button.

This Saturday our guest will be Inspirational Speaker Kate Adamson. In 1995 at the age of thirty-three, Kate Adamson suffered a double brainstem stroke completely paralyzing her and leaving her unable even to blink her eyes. Like Terri Schiavo, Kate's most basic care of food and water was removed. Fortunately, after going eight days without food or water, her feeding tube was restored due to the intervention of her husband.

Although denial of food and water is often described by doctors and nurses as a humane way to die, Kate now speaks internationally letting people know that the removal of the feeding tube was "one of the most painful experiences you can imagine." Kate continues, "I was just like Terri...but I was alive! I could hear every word. They were saying 'shall we just not treat her?'...I suffered excruciating misery in silence."

So join us this Saturday at 3pm, ET on
