8-year-old boy arrested at Riverside Elementary school in Florida for attacking teachers:

ORANGE COUNTY --

An 8-year-old elementary school student in Orlando was arrested Tuesday on battery charges after investigators say he attacked teachers.

It's not the first time the child has been in trouble.  This is his fifth arrest since November.

We are not naming the student since he's a minor.

The latest incident occurred Tuesday at Riverside Elementary School on Pembrook Drive.

According to the sheriff's office report, deputies were called to the school Jan. 4 because the student was "out-of control and fighting with teachers and staff members."

The teacher said the student was throwing chairs, books and desks at his classmates.  When the teacher tried to protect the other students, the report says the student hit him with a chair, punched him and at one point was "chasing other students around the classroom threatening to kill them."

The boy's mother says he "doesn't act this way at home."

During an incident on Feb. 8 sheriff's deputies were called to the school after the same student caused a disruption and then left campus.  He was found two streets away when deputies found him and brought him back to the school.

Details of the latest incident at school haven't been released.

And they keep sending this unruly child back to the same school. Shame on the authorities who should know better. This child needs help and it seems he is not getting it. His mother is also in denial according to her statement: "He doesn't act like this at home!" Will someone please help this child!!!
