August 24, 2013 Mandated coverage for birth control is disturbing enough, but when Catholic leaders and healthcare providers don’t stand up for Catholic teachings and proclaim the evilness of this mandate, something is seriously wrong. Though they may find it difficult, the leaders of the Church must join together and speak out in protection of the sanctity of all life. If they don’t speak out now, what the future may hold will not only sicken our bodies, but will sicken our souls.
